According to Article 13(1-2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR“), we inform you that:

I. Administrator

The administrator of your personal data is TPINT SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Zgierz (address: 16 Stefanii Kuropatwińskiej Street, 16, 95-100 Zgierz).

II. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We will process your personal data for the purpose of:

  1. conducting the recruitment process, based on the authority arising from Article 22 of the Labor Code, concerning: name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, and previous employment history. The legal basis for processing the aforementioned personal data is the legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  1. for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e., personal data other than those specified in the above point, provided in the CV, application form, cover letter, and other documents, the legal basis for processing is the aforementioned consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  1. for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest of the data controller, concerning data obtained from you during the recruitment process, in relation to assessing your skills and abilities required for the job position specified in the job advertisement, the legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest as defined in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  1. for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest of the data controller in the event of a legal need to demonstrate facts and obligations, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  1. for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes, based on your consent to the processing of personal data provided in the CV, application form, cover letter, and other documents, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

III. Rights of data subjects

According to GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and receive a copy of it, the right to request their rectification (correction), erasure, or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability.

At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as indicated above in point II.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

IV. Data retention period

  1. Regarding the scope specified in points II.1, II.2, and II.3, your data will be stored for the time necessary to conduct this recruitment process but no longer than 4 months from the moment of employment of the selected candidate.
  1. Regarding the scope specified in point II.4, your data will be stored for the period of limitation of claims arising from legal provisions and also for the time during which the law obliges us to retain the data.
  1. Regarding the scope specified in point II.5, your personal data will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of giving consent.

V. Data recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed to authorized institutions specified by legal provisions and to data processors who provide services to the data controller and to whom these data are entrusted.

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

We inform you that we do not make decisions in an automated manner, including profiling.

VI. Consent and information about the possibility of withdrawing consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
