Marketing – a freely given consent, which may be withdrawn at any time, while it shall not affect the earlier lawfulness of processing. At the same time, we would like to inform you that your data will be not profiled. (Art. 6 paragraph 1 item a of GDPR)
Provision of services by electronic means – the necessity of data for provision of services (Art. 6 paragraph 1 item b of GDPR)
Statistical measurements – a legitimate interest of data controller (Art. 6 paragraph 1 item f of GDPR)
To whom we transfer your data to?
Pursuant to the applicable law, we may transfer your data to the bodies entitled to receive the data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law-enforcement authorities – but only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis. In addition, we will transfer your data to external bodies who are supporting our teleinformation systems, but only based on the contracts for entrustment of data processing and with ensuring adequate means for data protection by these bodies.
What are your rights in subject to your data?
You shall have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data by us:
- the right of access to your data, including the right to obtain a copy of data;
- the right to request the rectification of data;
- the right to erasure of data;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority which handles with the protection of personal data;
- the right to restriction of data processing;
If your data are processed based on your consent, you may also use the following rights:
- the right to withdraw your consent in so far as your data are processed based on it. The withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was performed based on the consent before its withdrawal.
Where your data are processed based on the consent or when providing a service (the data are necessary to provide this service), you may additionally use the following rights:
- the right to personal data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from a controller in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may transfer these data to another data controller.
In order to use the above rights you shall contact the controller or the Data Protection Officer.

How long we will process your data?
Your personal data being processed based on your consent will be processed until you will withdraw your consent.
Within the services, your data will be processed for a period in which these services will be provided for and, in legitimate cases, after completion of their provision, but only then when it is allowed or required under applicable law, e.g. processing for statistical, account settling purposes or to exercise of legal claims. In such a case, the data will be processed only for a period being necessary for the fulfilment of appropriate purposes.
Cookie files
We would like to inform that we use the technology of cookie files (text files) on our websites.
Cookies are small portions of information which are saved by the browser. The cookie does NOT affect the software or hardware anywise. The cookies are associated with the browser of a specific device only, without revealing the User’s first or the last name (anonymous user).
